Elizabeth Rose is a writer and trained actor, covering health, wellness and sustainability for Consensus. Currently based in Washington DC, she lived in New York City long enough to call herself a true New Yorker and a bagel snob. She’s worked as an editorial assistant and freelance copywriter and was also a performing member of two NYC theater companies.
